三、Products of our company:
In 1992, our company introduced the first 90 production line in our
country; and now we have introduced 170 production line. Our products
mainly include coiled material, sheet material and board material, all
are in different depth. Moreover, our service target are also different.
Sheet material market
Φ90 production line is mainly for production of 0.4-1MMEPE super-thin
sheet and coiled materials.
Φ150 production is mainly for production of 1.5-3MMEPE super-thin sheet
and coiled materials.
Thin sheet and coiled materials are mainly applied in inner package
of electric equipments, audio equipments, plastic clock & watch, shoe
industry, glass furniture, present, artwork etc. So it replaced PE, PO
bag or paper cushion etc on packing.
Slab market
Φ150、Φ170 is mainly for production of 4-16MM EPE deep coiled material,
which can be composed into 20-80mm thick sheet material by laminating
machine. Then it can be glued into frame, box and cushion after die cutting,
all these can be applied for cushion medium package of communication equipments,
medical equipments, TV & computer and cabinet / box of electric equipments.
